We're building something special here in Manchester Maine -- a centrally located piece of heaven where community comes together for great music, good food, and meaningful connection on the farm. This event is part of a bigger vision to grow Homegrown Acres into a destination people return to again and again.

We're excited to invite vendors who want to be part of that journey -- bringing their unique products, energy, and passion to help create an unforgettable experience.

All vendors are thoughtfully selected to ensure a balanced, high-quality event.

• Electricity is not provided (generator required if needed)

• Vendors must be fully self-contained

• Potable water, washing water, and portable restrooms will be available

• Vendor placement is assigned in advance -- not first come, first served

• Vendors must be fully set up before event opening

Vendor History

Payment terms

50% deposit required to secure space. Space is not guaranteed until deposit is received. Payment details will be provided upon application approval.

Event Rules & Expectations

Vendors agree to:

• Respect the land, animals, and guests

• Maintain a clean and safe booth

• Remove all trash and materials

• Sell only approved products

• Operate professionally and respectfully

• Follow all Maine state and local laws

Indemnification

Vendor agrees to hold harmless Homegrown Acres Farm, Garden Gathering Events, event organizers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses related to participation.
